Key Responsibilities:

* Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

* Set and monitor sales targets to ensure timely achievement of business objectives.

Requirements and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.
* Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the medical device or B2B industry, with team management experience preferred.
* Familiarity with the Irish market and extensive customer resources and industry connections.
* Leadership and Communication Skills

* Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
* Fluent in written and spoken English; experience working in multilingual environments is a plus.
