A leading award-winning Food Retail group that has just expanded recently in Co Limerick near Co Clare, by opening a state-of-the-art modern fresh food convenience shop is now hiring a manager to run the site.
We are looking for an able, reliable retail manager passionate about standards, fresh foods, and achieving store growth.
This retail client is a highly progressive retail group that has a number of shops located around the country, they have won numerous national retail awards and retailer managers who have come and gone in the business, have been given a great opportunity to raise their management profile.
Store Manager salary will vary DOE €
Full flexibility is required but typically early shifts.
Responsibilities for this Retail Store Manager Job:
* Ensure the site runs efficiently and smoothly.
* Ensure the store reaches maximum profitability and achieves other financial objectives.
* Ensure your team demonstrates excellent standards in merchandising, customer service, and hygiene that reflect well on the group's reputation.
* Manage all HR and H&S related queries, ensuring your retail shop is compliant with all these matters.
Requirements for this Retail Store Manager Job:
* Must be a proven and experienced retail grocery store manager or assistant manager in a similar retail food environment who is ready to step up.
* Excellent organisation and leadership skills are a must, and one must possess the ability to lead and motivate teams under them, such as deli charge hands, Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and other senior staff.
* Commercially astute, looking for opportunities to increase revenue by knowing the retail landscape, managing costs effectively, and using your supplier network to your advantage.
* Working knowledge of Labour Law, Health & Safety regulations, HACCP, and Consumer Law.
