Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef to join our team in Westmeath. As a Relief Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food in accordance with current food hygiene regulations and guidelines.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and 5 years of work experience. They must possess professional Chef qualifications such as a Level 6 qualification or equivalent.
* Maintain high standards of catering to meet the needs of residents and staff;
* Ensure all equipment is operated, maintained, and serviced as per manufacturers' instructions and Health & Safety requirements/recommendations;
Requirements
1. HACCP Level 2 certification;
Holding valid work permits to work full-time in Ireland without restrictions,
Able to comply with Garda Vetting process required for healthcare contracts.
