You will lead and manage hotel operations effectively, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strategic growth, and high-performance standards while fostering a positive work environment and driving financial successYour Key Duties and Responsibilities:Manage morning operations, breakfast and accomodation departments within the hotel while playing a key role in the hotel's operational management.Oversee hotel operations, greet guests, and inspire the team to deliver exceptional hospitality. Ensure teh smooth running of teh accomodation department in conjunction with Accomodation Manager.Possess strong operational knowledge with the ability to work across breakfast and accomodation departments.Assist other managers with interviewing and recruitmentCoach and train new employees to ensure everyone feels confident in their new roles.Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle conflicts or complaints smoothly.Requirements:1-3 Years Hospitality ExperienceStandards Driven; particularly in Food Beverage.Strong desire to progress and develop your career in hotels.People leadership and motivation experience.Proven ability to develop talented employees.Strong communicator and comfortable in contributing to the overall hotel strategy.Ability to develop and build relationships and influence all levels of the businessJob Type: Full-timePay: €32,000.00-€35,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
