Senior Financial Advisor Job Opportunity
As a senior financial advisor, you will play a crucial role in helping clients achieve their financial goals by providing expert advice and services.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and review financial statements, management accounts, and year-end accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies.
* Handle vat returns, self-assessment tax returns, corporation tax computations, and ensure all submissions comply with hmrc deadlines and regulations.
* Support clients with bookkeeping services, including bank reconciliations, ledger maintenance, and cash flow management.
* Provide strategic business advice to clients, helping them with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor for all their financial needs.
* Identify and implement efficiency improvements, both internally and for clients.
Requirements:
* Qualifications:
* ACA/ACCA-qualified with a strong practice background.
* Experience:
* Demonstrable experience working in an accountancy practice, managing multiple clients and delivering comprehensive services.
* Technical Skills:
* Proficient in accountancy software such as xero, quick books, or sage.
* Advanced microsoft excel skills.
* Compliance Knowledge:
* Up-to-date knowledge of uk accounting standards, tax legislation, and compliance requirements.
* Client-Focused:
* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong, lasting relationships with clients.
