Transaction Services Director
We are seeking an experienced Transaction Services Director to lead financial due diligence projects and support clients across diverse M&A transactions. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast‑paced advisory environment, delivering strategic insights and helping clients unlock value in complex deals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage buy‑side and sell‑side financial due diligence
2. Provide commercial insights and clear recommendations to clients
3. Oversee quality of deliverables and act as main client contact
4. Mentor and develop junior team members
5. Drive business development and originate new opportunities
6. Collaborate across advisory teams to identify cross‑selling potential
7. Attend industry events and maintain a strong professional network
About You
8. Significant experience in Transaction Services and financial due diligence
9. Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
10. Strong technical accounting and analytical skills
11. Proven ability to win new business and build client relationships
12. Excellent communication and presentation skills
13. Strong leadership, project management, and commercial awareness
