They are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician for high profile client based in Dublin City Centre.
About Your New Role
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with a trade qualification and strong HVAC
experience to join our growing Facilities Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality maintenance services across a diverse portfolio of commercial sites. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys hands-on technical work.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out scheduled preventive and reactive maintenance on HVAC systems, including split systems, AHUs, VRV/VRF units, and ventilation equipment
* Diagnose and repair faults in mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems
* Assist with general building maintenance tasks (lighting, plumbing, minor repairs)
* Conduct site inspections and complete service reports accurately and on time
What Skills You Need
* Trade qualification in Plumbing or HVAC.
* Proven experience in HVAC servicing and maintenance is ESSENTIAL (FM environment preferred)
* Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication and time-management abilities
