Manage all orders and queries from our Benelux customers. Help build and maintain a strong long-term relationship with our Benelux-based team and customers to maximize sales growth with the assistance of all appropriate resources within Teleflex. Ensure Teleflex is always positioned as a key preferred supplier within the medical devices space.
Key Responsibilities
1. Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring all orders received via telephone, fax, post, etc., are processed accurately and promptly upon receipt.
2. Handle and resolve all customer queries related to orders, stock status, deliveries, invoices, product information, literature & sample requests, etc.
3. Deal with customer complaints promptly and to the customer’s satisfaction.
4. Escalate product complaints to the appropriate department.
5. Coordinate with warehouse and purchasing departments regarding deliveries, returns, etc.
6. Act as the principal contact for designated key accounts and report monthly activity to management.
7. Liaise regularly with the sales team regarding quotations, orders, product inquiries, and customer information.
8. Process daily invoicing and billing corrections in line with company policy.
9. Manage returns from customers efficiently.
10. Adhere to the Teleflex Quality Management System.
11. Participate in special projects as required.
Education / Experience Requirements
1. Fluency in French is required; fluency in Dutch is desirable.
2. Education to Leaving Certificate level or equivalent; business or relevant third-level qualification preferred.
3. Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment, preferably within a multinational setting.
4. Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
5. Proactive attitude and a 'can do' approach.
6. Ability to work effectively within a multicultural team under strict deadlines.
7. High accuracy and attention to detail.
8. Flexibility and willingness to assist colleagues to meet deadlines.
