As Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen management, including food production, team supervision, quality control, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
Lead and motivate kitchen staff during service and in prep
Ensure consistent quality and presentation of dishes across all areas
Help manage stock levels, ordering, and food cost control
Assist in creating new menu items and daily specials
Enforce food safety, cleanliness, and HACCP compliance
Foster a collaborative, respectful, and efficient kitchen culture
Requirements
Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie in a high-quality kitchen
Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
Strong knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and kitchen operations
Creative approach to menu development and food presentation
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Flexibility to work across various shifts including weekends
Must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland
Visa and relocation packages are not provided
