We are seeking an accomplished Project Coordinator to oversee high-value projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities
This role involves setting out and checking works as required, ensuring all works are completed in line with project drawings specifications and building regulations. You will liaise with sub-contractors and personnel on site in the planning and construction of the project, supporting the Project Manager/Contracts Manager & Senior Engineer to ensure works are completed as per programme and to a high standard.
Requirements
* A Degree in Engineering or related discipline
* Minimum of 2 place years' placement experience in an engineering role
* Ability to use setting out instruments, competent in all aspects of set out, survey & level, temporary works co-ordination
* Strong attention to detail, ability to work on own initiative
* Thorough knowledge of computer and database applications such as Microsoft Office and Project/PowerPoint
