Location: South William Street, Dublin 2
Salary: €19.00 per hour (Base €15 + approx. €4/hr service charge)
Contract: Full-time positions available
Schedule: Mainly evening shifts

The Role
As Chef de Partie, you will be an integral part of our culinary team, ensuring the highest standards in food preparation and presentation. You'll oversee a section of the kitchen, working with precision and creativity to deliver outstanding dishes in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include:
* Preparing, cooking, and presenting seafood and grill dishes to the highest standards.
* Managing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring organisation and smooth service.
* Following recipes and plating specifications, contributing to menu development when required.
* Monitoring stock, minimising waste, and assisting with orders.
* Maintaining HACCP and food safety standards at all times.
* Working efficiently under pressure, ensuring dishes are delivered on time.
* Collaborating with fellow chefs and staff to create a positive, professional kitchen culture.

About You
We are looking for candidates who are:
* Experienced in high-quality restaurant or hotel kitchens (seafood experience a plus).
* Passionate about food, flavour, and presentation.
* Reliable and consistent under pressure.
* Strong team players with a positive attitude.
* Available for evening shifts.
* Hold a valid EU passport or Irish work permit.
