Rolor Commercials Ltd is a small family run business.
We have a position available for a CVRT centre administrator in our busy test centre.
The job is 39h over 4 days from Tue to Friday.
The role involves managing all aspects of the CVRT centre administration.
Manage booking diary, take customer bookings over the phone and in person.
Allocate tests and other work to CVR Testers
Check in customers for CVR Test and enter details in RSA Covis system.
Answer phone calls and emails redirect if necessary
Invoicing of CVRT tests and other work to customer and taking payment.
Maintaining required records for RSA and NSAI requirements
Operation of RSA Covis computer system and inhouse Autoview computer system.
Full training on all systems will be provided.
Job Type: Full time / Permanent / Tuesday to Friday 7am to 5:30pm daily
The ideal Candidate :
Experience: Office or administration: 2 years (preferred)
Excellent Customer Service Skills
