Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the delivery of high-quality care services in our residential settings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* NMBI Registration in the RNID division
* Management Qualification - FETAC/QQI Level 6 or equivalent
* Full Clean Driving Licence for Manual Vehicles and access to own car
* Proficiency in the English language
* Excellent leadership skills, ability to work on own initiative, effective communication, interpersonal skills

Additional Information:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience at CNM2 level in intellectual disability and excellent leadership skills. They will also have experience of working with Behaviours of Concern and complex care needs, as well as supporting, mentoring staff teams in delivering high-quality care to service users. The candidate should possess Level 3 behavioral competencies of DOCDSS competency framework.
