Payroll Administrator 12 month Fixed Term Contract Salary: €30,000-€35,000 per annum + 26 days annual leave / healthcare & pension. We are recruiting a Junior Payroll Administrator with approximately 1 year of relevant experience for a role based in Kildare. Your mission Involvement in the operational processing of weekly payroll (Payroll package - COINS). Inputting of timesheet info for weekly paid employees. Understanding of simple pay related calculations (Annual Leave and Public Holiday Entitlement, Social Welfare payments, etc) Answer basic employee queries relating to pay, benefits and general HR queries. Administer employee benefits, bike to work, travel saver etc. Ensure all employee data on both the Payroll and HR system (SAP - Success factors) is up to date. Assisting new employees with onboarding. Issuing contracts of employment. Ensuring all new hire documentation and compliance is in place. Monitoring and tracking employee changes Supporting the Payroll & HR Admin team as required. Assist with ad hoc data projects. Who are we looking for? 6+ months of Payroll processing experience. Strong desire to learn and meets talks with enthusiasm Experience using a payroll systems. IPASS Qualification desirable. Strong experience with Microsoft Office Package. Attention to detail.. Ability to work on own initiative with minimum supervision. Good knowledge of employee and employment lifecycle processes. HR Admin experience desirable.
