Key HR Leader Role
As a key member of the leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organisation's HR operations and strategy.
This includes designing, delivering and implementing HR initiatives, leading and mentoring your team, addressing employee relations and industrial relations issues, overseeing compensation and benefits, recruitment and training programs, implementing cultural initiatives, and providing input to senior leadership decision-making processes.
The successful candidate will have:
* A 3rd level degree in HR or a related field.
* 4-5+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a leadership role.
* Excellent IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft applications.
* Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
* Proven ability to lead teams and deliver on projects and initiatives.
* Experience working in a unionised environment is an asset.
