Office Manager
Are you an Office Manager looking to join a dynamic and fast-growing fintech team? We’re hiring an Office Manager to play a key role in ensuring my clients office runs smoothly and their our people are supported.
Location: Cork City
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage employee onboarding/offboarding and prepare contracts
* Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payments
* Maintain HR records and support performance review cycles
* Oversee daily office operations and ensure a safe, productive environment
* Liaise with vendors and manage office supplies/services
* Act as the go-to contact for internal office communications
* Organize team meetings, events, and activities
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in office management or similar admin role (preferably in software or fintech)
* Solid understanding of HR and payroll processes
* Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools
* Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
* Discretion with handling sensitive information
