About the Job
We are currently seeking a customer‑focused, Assistant eCommerce Merchandiser with proven analytical skills and strong attention to detail to join our creative, professional and dynamic team. This role is a contributor to the overall online shopping experience, where a lot of our customers’ journeys begin. This is an exciting opportunity to join the digital team and contribute to the development and growth of our business within Ireland.
Your Job
* Publish and manage product content.
* Manage the eCommerce product catalogue including gathering and uploading product information, reviewing and editing product copy, slotting products, and maintaining the overall taxonomy/category structure.
* Manage up‑to‑date site content for new product launches.
* Produce online sales reports.
* Develop and drive initiatives that increase conversion and AOV.
* Support online product and sales strategies.
* Quality‑check product information.
* Monitor slow sellers and take action to reduce prices or set promotions as necessary.
* Merchandising product & category pages to maximize sales & profit.
* Assist with PR / advertising and product managers initiatives as required.
* Coordinate with other departments to manage site content and assets.
* Coordinate content from various sources.
* Maintain awareness of competitors’ performance.
* Build and manage a direct working relationship with suppliers.

Your Qualification & Experience
* Excellent computer skills.
* MS Office, especially Excel.
* Understanding of Google Analytics.
* Awareness of HTML.
* Basic understanding of SEO principles.
* Experience working with content management systems.
* Photoshop.
* Retail/eCommerce experience.

Additional Information
* Full‑time, 6‑month fixed‑term contract.
* Employees required to be flexible regarding working hours, covering store opening hours, including days, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
* Successful candidate will attend a company induction day in Dublin City Centre.
