Role: HR Business Partner – hands-on partner to leaders across the business, supporting day-to-day operations and broader people initiatives.
Responsibilities Acting as a trusted HR partner to business leaders across operational and commercial teams Managing ER cases and disciplinaries from start to finish, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes Supporting talent management, workforce planning, performance management and succession planning Driving engagement, onboarding, learning and development and employee experience initiatives Playing an active role in organisational change, transformation and continuous improvement projects Using HR data and insights to inform decision-making and influence stakeholders Coaching managers on performance, capability building and people leadership Supporting recruitment, headcount planning and capability development Ensuring HR policies, processes and practices align with best practice and employment legislation About You This role will suit a high-energy, commercially minded HRBP who builds relationships quickly and enjoys operating at pace.5+ years' experience as an HR Business Partner in a fast-paced, high-volume or multi-site environment Strong ER experience, including confidently managing disciplinaries end-to-end A track record of owning and delivering initiatives independently Excellent influencing, negotiation and stakeholder management skills A natural ability to engage people and build trust at all levels Retail or customer-facing experience (even from college or earlier career) is a strong advantage A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong commercial awareness What's on Offer Salary €65,000–€75,000 plus benefits Hybrid working with 3 days onsite in West Dublin Excellent flexibility on start and finish times Significant scope to shape the role and make your mark Exceptional support and development — working alongside two phenomenal women, with genuine next-level learning and exposure If you're an HRBP who wants ownership, impact and momentum, this is a role worth exploring.
