We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to lead our front of house team in delivering exceptional guest experiences while maximizing hotel revenue.
The successful candidate will have at least two years' experience managing an entire front office team at a quality hotel property, with a proven track record of sound revenue management practices.
Key responsibilities will include leading by example, training and motivating staff, and ensuring seamless operations across reception, accommodation, and porters.
A strong understanding of hospitality software, including Hotsoft/Opera/Open table/Booking.com, is essential for this role.
