Great opportunity for Registered Psychiatric Nurses seeking to progress their career and looking for something a little different
As Clinical Nurse Manager 2, the successful candidate will report to the Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) and will provide continued strategic and operational development, coordination and management following national and regulatory standards in line with best practices. You will ensure that nursing service provision is delivered to the highest standard of treatment and care and that safety is maintained.
Working collaboratively as part of a large MDT including nursing, quality risk & compliance, facilities management and people & culture, this role will ensure delivery of evidence-based practice by supporting continuous staff development and fostering a culture of safety excellence across clinical settings.
This is a temporary fulltime role working 78 hours fortnightly.

To be considered for the role, the following criteria apply:
1. Registered Psychiatric Nurse (RPN), with live NMBI registration.
2. Minimum of 5 years post-registration experience, with at least 2 years as Clinical Nurse Manager 1.
3. Experience in a healthcare/hospital setting, including acute mental health care.
4. Clinical experience in palliative care is desirable.
5. Evidence of continuing professional development.
6. Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
7. Eligible to work in Ireland.
