Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, testing, and maintaining complex medical, lab, and life science equipment on-site.
You will perform scheduled preventative maintenance to ensure equipment reliability, provide troubleshooting, repair, and out-of-hours support for customers and field staff, diagnose and repair equipment faults, manage service calls and appointments, maintain service records, requisitioned spare parts, and managed stock inventory.
You will develop positive working relationships with customers, suppliers, system users, and company personnel, attend internal/external training, and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
In this role, you will work independently and as part of a team to deliver exceptional customer service and support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* An engineering degree in disciplines such as Biomedical engineering, Mechanical engineering, electrical/mechanical engineering or a similar discipline.
* Strong interest in getting hands-on with Medical/Lifesciences equipment.
* Exposure to duties such as installing, repairing/fault finding and calibrating equipment daily.
* Customer-focused approach.
* Full Irish drivers license is a must.

Benefits:
This is a permanent position with regular working hours from Monday to Friday 9AM-5PM. There may be occasional out-of-hours support required.
