Job Description
The successful candidate will oversee the fit-out of office spaces ranging from 30,000 to 100,000 square feet. They will manage all aspects of the project ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and manage all fit-out activities on-site.
* Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
* Monitor and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards.
* Manage project timelines resources, and budgets effectively.
* Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Fit-Out Site Manager in healthcare facility projects.
* Strong knowledge of fitout processes construction methods, and materials.
* Excellent leadership communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
