About Your New Job
As an Electrical Field Service Engineer, you will join a dedicated Field Service Team, working on Generators and Control Systems. Based in Citywest and reporting to the Operations Manager.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Installing, maintaining, and repairing Generator systems on-site.
* Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients.
* Conducting regular inspections and performing necessary system upgrades.
* Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining accurate service logs.
* Collaborating with the sales team to offer technical expertise during client interactions.
* Responding promptly to service calls and providing emergency support as needed.
What Skills You Need
For this job, you will:
* Have proven experience as a Generator Field Service Engineer or in a similar role.
* Possess a strong understanding of electrical circuitry and power electronics.
* Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Have strong communication and customer service skills.
* Hold a full driving license and be willing to travel to client sites across the region.
