CNC Turning Programmer/Setter My client, a leading precision engineering company in Shannon are seeking an experienced CNC Turning Programmer/Setter to join their team.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working with complex components and a variety of materials in a fast-paced, high-quality manufacturing environment.
What you'll be doing: Programming and machining complex components (one-off and small batch) Programming directly at the controller (G-code or conversational - Fanuc preferred) Setting up machines, measuring and setting tooling, prepping materials, boring jaws Operating lathes with sub-spindle/single turret configurations Working with materials including Cobalt Chrome, Titanium, Plastics, and Stainless Steel Maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy with strong attention to detail Interpreting geometric tolerances and engineering drawings What we're looking for: Minimum 3 years' CNC turning experience Confident programming ability (Fanuc experience preferred) Strong understanding of G and M codes Flexible, proactive, and self-motivated with a commitment to quality Fluent English is essential Apply now or contact Kerry on for a confidential discussion.
