Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled BIM Coordinator to support the implementation and management of Building Information Modelling processes across our construction projects. This role ensures accurate coordination of 3D models, facilitates efficient design collaboration, and assists project teams in applying digital construction methodologies. The successful candidate will contribute to enhanced project delivery, improved coordination, and streamlined workflows across all stages of construction.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage BIM models across design disciplines and subcontractors.
Lead clash detection processes and resolve coordination issues using Navisworks or similar tools.
Support pre-construction and construction teams by delivering accurate and timely BIM outputs.
Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), model validation reports, and other supporting documentation.
Collaborate with site teams to integrate BIM workflows into construction methodologies and schedules.
Liaise with external consultants, suppliers, and clients to ensure BIM deliverables meet project and contractual requirements.
Assist in the implementation of company BIM standards and workflows in line with ISO 19650.
Provide BIM training and technical support to project stakeholders as needed.
Manage and maintain model file structures and data integrity using common data environments (e.g., Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360, Trimble Connect).
