Responsibilities
Lead and develop the Stability team through effective selection, coaching, performance management, and retention activities. You will help foster a high-performing, inclusive culture that supports personal growth and development.
Manage the Stability budget and ensure financial compliance across the team, while building financial awareness and accountability among team members.
Oversee stability activities, ensuring robust capacity plans are in place for resourcing and chamber management.
Lead stability-related investigations, ensuring all regulatory requirements, notifications, and timelines are met.
Drive compliance with company policies, procedures, guidelines, and all relevant regulatory requirements. You will ensure all Stability activities are conducted safely, accurately, and in line with current internal and external standards.
Support effective stakeholder communication to ensure quality objectives are achieved, using operational excellence tools such as daily management and leader standard work.
Monitor metrics and schedule delivery within the Stability Program Management team to support site Hoshin objectives.
Provide resources and development opportunities to support the technical and professional growth of the team, while developing and maintaining effective training programs.
Ensure strong customer focus, working closely with internal stakeholders and external laboratories to ensure testing requirements are met and timelines are achieved.
Play a key role in the Lab Transformation programme, helping to optimize, standardize, and digitize business processes within the Stability team.
Champion continuous improvement, driving lean initiatives such as standardized work, digitization, and knowledge management.
Required Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Science
5+ years of experience in the pharma industry.
People management experience.
Stability program experience.
About the Site
Our facility in Carlow site broke ground in 2008 and is a filling site for the launch and commercial supply of vaccines, biologics and small molecule drug product. Since its initial launch, the site has attracted significant internal investment and is now home to a number of state‑of‑the‑art production facilities, laboratories and temperature‑controlled warehousing units. The Carlow site is a significant employer in the South East region and attracts high‑performing talent through close collaborations with universities and colleges in the region.
