Job Overview:
* This role combines procurement expertise with coordination of nationwide facilities operations. Procurement experience within a public sector, semi-state or government department environment is essential for success.
* You will lead procurement activities, draft tender documentation, manage the full procurement lifecycle, and create purchase requisitions to drive business growth.
* Oversight of national Facilities Management projects through third-party contractors involves issuing work specifications, securing quotations, and liaising with vendors to achieve project goals.
* In addition, you will administer FM manuals, provide incident response support, and manage operational aspects of on-site facilities, including fitness zones, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
* Fleet management duties involve coordinating fleet requests, overseeing maintenance, servicing, insurance, tax, fuel cards, and toll tags to optimize resource utilization.
