Overview of your responsibilities (full job description available on request)
1. Provide daily quality support to manufacturing, ensuring compliance with procedures and standards.
2. Manage and close non-conformances (NCRs) and support related investigations.
3. Assist with CAPA activities, documentation, and verification of actions.
4. Support audit readiness by maintaining accurate manufacturing records.
5. Track and report key quality metrics.
6. Work with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality teams to resolve issues and drive improvements.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required for the Role:
7. Certificate or Diploma in Science, Engineering, Quality, or related field (or equivalent experience).
8. Experience in a shift-based manufacturing environment required.
9. 1–2 years' experience in manufacturing or regulated production (medical device experience a plus).
10. Basic understanding of quality systems and manufacturing processes.
11. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and documentation control.
