Responsibilities
* Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on complex electronic and mechatronic systems returned from customers or internal manufacturing. Your findings will be essential for the quality team for defining improvements and resolving failure modes.
* Process discrete signals, usually in binary form (ones and zeros), which are a projection of the original signal.
* Use digital logic gates, microprocessors, and microcontrollers to process information.
* Handle programmable tasks such as computer controls or digital communication.
* Work cross‑functionally with quality, development, and manufacturing teams to resolve issues and improve product reliability.
* Define and implement containment actions to manage non‑conforming products and support smooth production flow.
* Translate findings into actionable improvements for future product development and process optimization.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree (BSc or BEng) in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset.
* Keen attention to detail and a hands‑on approach to technical challenges.
* High sense of ownership and accountability for your work.
* Effective team player with commitment to shared goals.
* Fluent in English (written and verbal).
* Genuine interest in electronics and product quality.
