Clarity is hiring for a CNM1 to work as part of a team involved in the care of young adults in a detention campus. The Clinical Nurse Manager 1 will report to the Clinical Nurse Manager 2 with overall accountability to the Campus Director

Duties
7. Provide Integrated Primary Healthcare: Deliver comprehensive physical and mental health nursing services to young people in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
8. Conduct Assessments & Reporting: Complete thorough nursing assessments, collate medical histories, and produce reports for courts and placement planning.
9. Safeguarding & Legal Compliance: Fulfill mandatory nurse reporting duties under the Children First Act 2015 and liaise with child protection officers as needed.
10. Medication & Health Promotion: Manage medication safely and lead health education and promotion programs as part of holistic care planning.
Requirements
11. NMBI registration in good standing - Decision Letters will not be accepted
12. Minimum of 1 year post registration experience within an acute setting
13. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
14. Both Technical and Professional expertise
