Sodexo is looking for an experienced and driven Technical Services Lead to take the helm at our flagship site in Kinsale, Ireland – a thriving, large-scale campus with 50+ buildings, 1,400+ clients, and over 100 Sodexo team members working alongside specialist contractors.
With the site in a major growth phase, this is your chance to lead within a complex, high-performance, and tightly regulated environment, ensuring world-class standards are met every single day.
Your Impact
As our Technical Services Lead, you’ll:
* Own site-wide technical performance – delivering excellence in safety, compliance, and operational standards.
* Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of 5+ skilled technical staff.
* Champion GMP compliance and the highest HSE standards.
* Drive efficiency with KPI monitoring and continuous improvement projects.
* Deliver critical projects with sharp attention to documentation and reporting.
* Build trusted partnerships with our client and key on-site stakeholders.
What You Bring
We’re looking for a leader who is:
* Proven in managing technical services in a regulated (GMP) environment.
* Experienced in leading technical teams (2+ years in people management).
* Skilled in electrical or mechanical engineering (preferred).
* Confident in client-facing roles, with exceptional communication and relationship skills.
* Strategic yet hands-on – able to collaborate across departments and respond proactively.
