The Role of a Mechanical Supervisor

* Lead and coordinate teams of Mechanical Engineering trade professionals on site.
This involves tracking and recording daily site activities and progress, ensuring a safe workplace, and supervising activity/work package delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure a safe workplace and lead teams to deliver quality work on time.
* Record daily activity logs and liaise with trade professionals to organize new work areas.
* Manage direct site staff and attend regular site meetings with site management.
* Provide technical support to trade teams and ensure all work areas are clear and ready for handover.
Requirements:
* A senior Trades qualification or equivalent, combined with 5+ years site experience in sectors such as pharmaceutical, commercial, industrial, or data centre.
* A strong understanding of site activities and general knowledge of Mechanical, HVAC, Building Services, Utilities, and Process Piping Systems.
* The ability to interpret schematics and mechanical drawings, with a record of success as a Trade Leader.
* Excellent communication skills, planner, and organized with strong interpersonal skills.
