In this role, you'll oversee weddings, conferences, and banqueting events from start to finish—ensuring smooth operations, leading your team with confidence, and delivering exceptional guest experiences every time.
What You'll Do
* Supervise setup, service, and breakdown of events to the highest standards.
* Lead and motivate the conference & banqueting team.
* Act as the go-to contact for event organisers and VIP guests.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene standards.
* Support staff scheduling and stock management.
What We're Looking For
* Previous supervisory experience in conference, banqueting, or catering operations.
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
* A calm, professional approach under pressure.
* Knowledge of food & beverage service (basic AV setup a plus).
* Flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays, depending on events.
