Responsibilities
1. Establish sales objectives developing annual sales quotas for the region; accurate forecasting of expected sales volume
2. Implement regional sales programs for sales action and training plans
3. Implement and ensure adherence topany wide sales methodology and sales administration processes
4. Lead and manage the Sales floor and manage related support staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training, counseling and disciplining where needed; planning, monitoring, and appraising job performance against quota and other metrics as needed
5. Work closely with Marketing, Corporate Development, and Product to ensure we aremunicating the appropriate product messages, and to provide feedback for positioning and development of products and product positioning/messaging
6. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
7. Contribute to team effort by aplishing specific results as needed
8. Work with our Talent Acquisition team to recruit as fast as necessary to keep pace with demand in region
Experience (Essential and Desired)
9. Demonstrable track record of sales leadership within financial institutions, ideally within FX or Payments.
10. Strongmercial experience and network of contacts in the Irish market
11. Experience of working in amercial bank (one or several) selling to mid size corporates. Experience in an environment different to a bank (this could be start-up vendor, FX specialist, cash management etc) is useful
12. Experience of the local market & "at-scale" recruitment
13. Fluent English (spoken and written)
14. Proven ability of bringing passion, energy and motivation to a team
15. Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and market share goals
16. First-classmunication skills, able to win peoples'mitment and buy-in to amon vision and clearly stated goals
17. Direct experience assuming control and able to set clear objectives and execute against them with a significant (but appropriate) degree of executive autonomy
18. Demonstrable ability to mentor, manage and develop people
19. Able to provide effective leadership and direction to the sales organization whilst ensuring smooth collaboration within the broader matrix
20. Able to provide leadership andmercial support in the field; develops sales strategies, techniques and tactics based on customer feedback and market environment; presents key selling points, features, and benefits while focusing message on customer needs and expectations
21. Able to build and leverage relationships at senior levels within SME customers
22. Skilled negotiator; negotiates or mediates discussionspetently, making concessions while aplishing goals and protecting interests
