Mechanical Cost Manager Job Description
A mechanical cost manager oversees the commercial, financial and planning elements of mechanical packages.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Carry out detailed measurement, quantification and cost analysis of mechanical systems.
2. Manage commercial and contractual aspects throughout the project lifecycle.
3. Prepare cost plans, budgets, valuations and cash-flow forecasts.
4. Lead procurement activities for subcontractors and suppliers.
This role requires a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field and minimum 5 years' experience in mechanical cost management. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge, excellent analytical skills and high proficiency in IT software.

2. Minimum 5 years' experience in mechanical cost management.
