Aureol Global Connections is looking for 8 talented Fabricators to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for cutting, shaping, and assembling materials to create high-quality products and structures. You will work with a variety of materials, including metal, plastic, and composites, following specifications and blueprints closely. Cut, shape, and assemble materials using various hand and power tools according to project requirements. Perform welding, soldering, and other joining techniques to produce durable and high-quality products. Inspect fabricated components to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and regulations. Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve fabrication issues as they arise. Keep track of materials used and assist in inventory management as necessary. Participate in training programs to enhance skills and stay updated on new fabrication techniques. RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or apprenticeship in fabrication is preferred. Proven experience as a Fabricator or in a similar role within the manufacturing or construction industry. Strong knowledge of fabrication techniques, materials, and industry best practices. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Strong manual dexterity and physical stamina for handling tools and materials. Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues. A valid driver's license and flexibility to work on various job sites as required.
