Job Title: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE Contract type: Full time, permanent Hours: Monday to Friday, 5pm to 1am (you will be working as part of a team of 25 Evening Shift colleagues) Salary: €33,600.00 Benefits: After 6 months, employees are entitled to Laya Healthcare. Hybrid working policy: For the first 6 months, employees work on-site with the option to then apply for hybrid working 1 - 3 days from home. This depends on individual performance. Driving License: This role is based in East Galway City and public transport is scarce during the evening. We recommend that applicants have a driving licence and car. Training and Support: The training and support given is excellent, with two department Trainers, a Team Lead and a team of 50 Customer Service Representatives, there will always be someone on hand to support new starters. POSITION SUMMARY Due to expansion of the team, our client in East Galway city now requirea Customer Service Representative to work in thecustomer service department handling Global customer inquiries. You will deal with queries via; Telephone, E-mail and Chat. You will predominantly be assisting customers and partners in the United States. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responding to customer and employee questions/concerns in an efficient and effective manner and resolving issues which customers might have regarding company's products which include but not limited to; order queries, price queries, complaints, queries, refunds etc. Maintaining knowledge of the company's facilities, websites, products, promotions, policies, and procedures. Representing the company in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner Complete documentation to in-house standards and be compliant with all in-house procedures. Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader and working within a team of 50 Customer Service Representatives, 25 of which work evening shifts. QUALIFICATIONS Fluency in spoken and written English. Native language speaker of one or more language desirable but this is not essential Minimum 2 years experience working in a Call Centre or Customer Service environment. Good communications skills. Excellent telephone and customer service skills. Applications will be considered from people that have not worked in a corporate office environment before.
