The fine dining Pullman restaurant at Glenlo Abbey Hotel and Estate is currently recruiting for a Fine Dining Waiter/ess.
Main Duties And Responsibilities
* Have full in depth knowledge of the tasting menu.
* Ensure smooth and efficient service of each course.
* Promote the best possible experience for our guests and ensure guest satisfaction; to go above and beyond
* Ensure cleanliness is maintained throughout and recorded accordingly
* Prepare Restaurant for Service
The Ideal Candidate Will Possess
An ambition for development and be focused on self-improvement
Experience In Fine Dining Service Required.
Strong command of the English Language
Excellent Customer Service
Welcoming friendly personality and manner
Ability to prioritise and organise work
Ability to work as part of a team
Ability to focus attention of detail.
Available to work evenings and weekend
