At Weir and Sons, we are currently looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join the Weir team in one of our other stores - McDowells on O'Connell Street.The RoleAs an Assistant Store Manager, you will be a strong leader for your team whilst ensuring the delivery of sales and service standards. Inspiring your team, you will display excellent leadership skills, identifying and nurturing talent to encourage career development and employee satisfaction.
