Responsibilities &Accountabilities(in no particular priority / order) This is a hands-on role. Responsible as part of the FED Team for the management and delivery, of maintenance, refurbishment and construction of the Hospitals buildings and its systems. Site works and project supervision as may be required. Working with the Maintenance and Technical Teams to deliver services in line with national and international practices as required. Coordinating with the FEM, Maintenance Supervisor and other staff as may be required on all aspects of work. Coordinate and manage building repairs which are outside the maintenance scope, MEP repairs PPMs and the supervision of such activities as may be required. Develop, manage and implement RAMS and other safe systems of work across all FED departments. Develop PPM programmes in conjunction with the maintenance team and other department members and key stakeholders. Undertake concept design drawings as part of the team. On site project developments.
