Job Title: Global Demand Planning Manager
Location: Drogheda, Co. Louth (with occasional international travel)
Reports To: VP of Global Supply Chain
Overview
We are hiring a Global Demand Planning Manager to lead forecasting across international markets. This strategic role aligns Commercial, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure product availability, optimal inventory, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and manage global demand forecasts across all customer types.
* Lead monthly demand reviews and contribute to S&OP/IBP processes.
* Integrate POS, Amazon, and distributor data into forecast models.
* Track KPIs, analyse forecast accuracy, and drive continuous improvement.
* Support new product forecasting and lifecycle planning.
* Collaborate cross-functionally on budgeting, planning, and scenario analysis.
* Lead and mentor junior planners; drive best practices in forecasting tools and systems.
Requirements
* 7+ years in Demand or Commercial Planning (FMCG or Pharma preferred).
* Strong experience in S&OP/IBP and global/multi-market forecasting.
* Skilled in ERP tools (SAP IBP/S4HANA) and advanced Excel.
* Commercial acumen and experience with e-commerce, distributors, and POS data.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
