The Talbot Group is seeking an experienced and passionate Regional Manager to support the delivery and development of high-quality, person-centred disability services across County Cork. Responsibilities
Lead and support operational managers across multiple services
Drive quality, safety and regulatory compliance
Support the development of new and evolving services
Oversee service delivery, governance and performance management
Manage resources and budgets effectively
Promote a positive, collaborative and person-centred culture
Qualifications
Significant operational management experience within health or social care
Experience leading and developing teams
Strong governance, organisational and decision-making skills
Passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred services
Thriving in a dynamic and evolving environment
