We are actively recruiting high achieving individuals with customer and digital platforms experience with an expertise in multi‑channel technology‑enabled transformation projects/programmes within Financial Services.
The Technology Resilience & Digital Risk team in FS Technology Consulting is a new and rapidly growing team.
We help our clients to master their digital risk and resilience landscape which in turn enables them to drive confidence in their technology.
We do this through a range of several different types of solutions and services such as resilience assessments.
We focus on Resilience, Digital and Cyber Governance Risk and Compliance, Third Party Risk Management, AI and Data Risk and Internal Audit technical SMR support.
Your Key Responsibilities
Maintain both externally and internally recognised technical expertise in:
Operational Resilience
IT and Cyber Risk Management/Transformation
Digital Resilience
IT Internal Audit technical SMR support
Third-Party Risk Transformation
AI & Data Governance, Risk Management and Compliance
End to end leadership of client engagements, leading and coaching our team on both a day‑to‑day basis and as part of assignment delivery
Lead business development activities (e.g.
pursuits, proposals, events, thought leadership)
Identify, nurture and manage client relationships as part of our management team
Effectively manage client‑facing delivery teams
Ensure that risk management procedures and quality standards are observed throughout assignment delivery
Foster and develop strong networks (local, area, global) with key service line champions in the global firm
Skills and Attributes for Success
To qualify for the role, you must have:
Experience working in an IT risk and control environment at Director / Senior Manager level or equivalent
University graduate preferably from Computer Science/Information Technology background
8-10+ years of consulting experience in Resilience or Operational/IT Risk Management or Cyber, with at least 2-3 years at management level.
Also experience in IT, project management, service delivery, regulatory etc.

Ideally, you will also have:
Big 4 management experience and training
Knowledge of relevant regulation and guidelines impacting the financial services industry in particular DORA, Operational Resilience, Outsourcing and Third-Party Risk Management
Financial services industry experience (e.g.
retail banking, insurance, funds, capital markets, payment processors)
Knowledge and experience of emerging technology, Fin Tech, Cloud services and Cybersecurity
Knowledge of relevant frameworks and standards (e.g., COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001, SOC 1/2/3, NIST, CSA CCM, COSO)
