Project Coordinator
This is a dynamic role that plays a crucial part in the success of complex projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, overseeing, and managing numerous projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure project deliverables are met safely, on time, and within budget.
* Develop and implement a project execution strategy aligned with business goals.
* Plan, execute, and track project progress through all design phases from inception to completion.
* Verify adherence to client standards and ensure timely delivery of key results.
* Establish project objectives that align with project requirements and drive achievement of goals and timelines.
* Build effective communication among the team, clients, and stakeholders.
* Provide regular reporting to management on project/schedule/cost issues.
* Guarantee compliance with quality and engineering standards.
Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience in project coordination with a degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
* Pharmaceutical project experience.
* Full lifecycle project management expertise.
* Strong cost control and scheduling abilities.
* Achievement of project goals within a GMP environment.
* Thorough understanding of engineering principles, concepts, industry practices, and standards.
