Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and manage quotations, handle order processing, and support renewals for customers.
* Collaborate with internal teams, drivers, and suppliers to ensure a seamless experience from start to finish.
* Assist with implementing new processes and improving departmental efficiency.
* Develop an understanding of finance leases and product offerings.
* Maintain accurate customer information and contribute to improving team processes.
* Manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and proficiency in Excel. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are also essential. Additionally, some knowledge of finance and lease calculations would be beneficial.
