Key Responsibilities
* Establish strong relationships with clients in key sectors to drive revenue growth.
* Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
* Develop targeted business development plans for key accounts to maximise sales potential.
* Maintain a healthy sales pipeline aligned with production and supply chain teams.
* Become an expert in our value proposition, products, and services to increase upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
* Update CRM and ERP systems accurately with enquiries, quotes, and orders.
* Provide regular performance reports to senior leadership.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
Candidate Requirements
* 3 years' experience in Business Development within Construction or Engineering sectors.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
* Strong interpersonal and organisational skills, with a proactive and customer-focused mindset.
* Excellent communication skills to articulate value propositions clearly.
