Responsibilities
Ensure a hospitable and professional atmosphere at the main door and occasionally in the lobby area.
Greet guests at their cars as they arrive, assisting with luggage and providing directions to the front desk.
Provide valet parking.
Provide the highest level of service in an efficient and courteous manner while following Druids Glen standards, procedures and policies at all times.
Handle all guest requests and fulfil them as quickly as possible.
Ensure that the guests first impression is memorable.
This role may also include some Front Desk Duties.
Qualifications
Experience of working within a hotel’s concierge.
Previous experience working with a computerised front office system is desirable but not essential.
Knowledge of the Wicklow area is vital.
Excellent communication skills.
Full clean driver’s licence is essential.
All applicants must be eligible to live and work in Ireland full time. Provide documented evidence of eligibility.
