Cullen Tyrrell & O’Beirne Solicitors are looking for a full time Receptionist, previous reception/front of house experience is essential.
Key responsibilities:
- Welcoming visitors and clients in a professional manner
- Answering calls and handling customer queries professionally
- Managing appointments and customer enquiries
- Maintaining a clean and organised reception area
- Maintaining accurate records and managing documentation
- Keep meeting rooms stocked and tidy, and manage stationery orders
- Perform other ad hoc duties to support the firm.
About You
- Proven experience in a front-of-house or customer service role
- Professional etiquette and a helpful friendly attitude.
- Self-motivation and excellent organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures.
