Job Description
This role is responsible for working on different sections of the large kitchen, including hot and cold and pastry kitchens. The successful candidate will be expected to produce high-quality food on time for customers. Key responsibilities include:
• Working on various sections of the kitchen
• Ensuring food quality and meeting production deadlines
• Managing stock levels
• Assisting senior chefs during service
• Maintaining kitchen health and hygiene procedures
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as a chef de partie and possess excellent organizational skills.
Salary: Euro 30,000 per annum
