1. Previous experience as a CDP in a 4* hotel or upmarket restaurant
2. Excellent HACCP & Hygiene
3. Can work well as part of a team and also on own initiative
4. Can work well in a busy kitchen and still produce excellent cuisine
5. Can legally work in Ireland full-time with no restrictions
6. Excellent communication and personality
